Standard Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original sealed packaging, complete with all accessories and protective materials. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to SOTH Riviera.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@sothriviera.com. In such cases, returns remain eligible even if the product has been opened or partially installed, provided that you submit photographic evidence of the issue.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please email us at contact@sothriviera.com. If your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Returns sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following items:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Gift cards

EU Right of Withdrawal

For customers residing in the European Union: Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, along with its packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@sothriviera.com.
