Refund policy

Standard Returns & Cancellation

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original sealed packaging, complete with all accessories and protective materials.

Please note: Return shipping arrangements and costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to SOTH Riviera. SOTH Riviera does not provide return shipping labels. You are free to use the carrier of your choice.

How to Initiate a Return

To process your return, please go directly to the "Return or cancel your order" tab on our website to register your request, and then email your tracking number to contact@sothriviera.com. Returns sent back without a tracking number or prior registration cannot be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@sothriviera.com. In such cases, returns remain eligible even if the product has been opened or partially installed, provided that you submit photographic evidence of the issue.

Important Note on Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order but the package has already been shipped, you must refuse the delivery when the carrier attempts to drop it off.

⚠️ Please be aware: In the event of a delivery refusal, the return shipping fees charged by the carrier to send the package back to our warehouse will be deducted from your final refund.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following items:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Gift cards

EU Right of Withdrawal

For customers residing in the European Union: Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, along with its packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@sothriviera.com.
