These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern sales of products on the website www.sothriviera.com (the “Site”), operated by SOTH Riviera, a French EURL (single-member limited liability company) with share capital of €53,000, registered with the RCS of Nice under number 931 585 905, whose registered office is located at 17 Avenue Sainte-Anne, 06340 La Trinité, France.

 

1. Geographic Scope

Products are available for delivery in France, within the European Union, and internationally, as specified during checkout.

Customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply. These are the sole responsibility of the customer, including all declarations and payments required by local laws.

 

2. Languages

 These Terms are provided in English, French, German, Spanish, and Italian. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the versions, the French version shall prevail and be the sole binding version for all interpretations.

 

3. Products

Product descriptions and photographs are provided for information only. Colors and proportions may vary slightly depending on the display or manufacturing tolerance.

 

4. Prices

Prices are listed in euros (€), including all applicable VAT for EU customers. For customers outside the EU, prices are exclusive of VAT, and local taxes or duties may apply.

Shipping fees are specified during the checkout process and may vary depending on the delivery address.

5. Orders

By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms without reservation. Orders are only confirmed upon full payment. A confirmation email is sent automatically after purchase.

 

6. Payment

Payment is accepted via the methods offered on the Site: credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, and others secured by Shopify Payments.

 

7. Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Estimated delivery times range between 2 to 10 business days after dispatch (excluding pre-orders).

Shipping times may vary by country. SOTH Riviera shall not be held liable for customs delays or transit issues beyond its control.

 

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU customers only)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83, customers located within the EU have 14 days from receipt of goods to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in original packaging. Return costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the return is due to an error by SOTH Riviera.

 

9. Legal Warranties

All products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable French and EU law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is the exclusive property of SOTH Riviera. Any reproduction, use, or distribution of any part of the Site without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Liability

SOTH Riviera shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products, force majeure, third-party interference, or service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues.

12. Data Protection

Customer information is processed in accordance with the Site’s Privacy Policy, in compliance with the GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

 

13. Governing Law – Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in France.
